Job Description

• Attending, contributing to, and supporting Heads of Department Meetings, decisions and initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Heads of Department across the company with teaching operational issues
• Supervise all staff and administrators in delivering high quality education in line with the approved curricula
• Leading the development of curriculum policies and programmes
• Managing and supervising a team of teachers in the planning, implementation and review of teaching and learning programmes
• Create and manage a department budget
• Managing the performance of department members (identified at the start of each year and may include support staff)
• Conduct and oversee acquisition and safekeeping of all campuses facilities
• Ensure that the company premises are kept, repaired and maintained in good condition
• Attend to any campuses emergency in consultation with the CEO Chairman and/or Director as and when necessary
• Perform any other duties as instructed by the CEO

Requirements

• Teaching experience (5 years +)
• Degree and Teaching Certification
• Leadership and Curriculum development experience
• Project management
• Student event management
• Teacher training
• Strong technical ability in spoken and written English
