This position will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our top-rated Lead-to-Cash solution suite. We’ll teach you our product stack, but it’s all native Salesforce – so that’s the easy part. Then you’ll fit it to each customers’ unique (and not so unique) needs.

What You Will Do

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Build automated test cases with Provar or other automated testing tools
• Execute test cases and analyze results
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track incidents
• Perform thorough regression testing when incidents are resolved
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.

What Tech You will Use

• Salesforce.com and AWS platforms
• Automation tools such as Provar
• Atlassian agile collaboration tools – Jira & Confluence
• Google Suite

Required Knowledge and Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Tester
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UI automation tools and frameworks like Copado Robotic Testing, Provar, Selenium, etc., and in developing robust automation scripts.
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes
• 2+ years of experience working on Salesforce.com development projects
• Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans & cases
• Experience with both white box & black box testing
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Familiarity with regression testing
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Proficiency with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar for evaluating system performance.
• Working knowledge of test incident management software (e.g. Jira, qTest, Zephyr)

Onboarding and 30/60/90 Day Plan

• 1st week – Bootcamp (both eLearning & Instructor-lead) to learn the flagship Expedite Commerce products – CPQ, Billing and eCommerce.
• 2nd week – Bootcamp (Role Play exercises) to learn the Expedite Commerce Agile development processes utilized to perform your key job duties.
• 30 days – You will have completed at least one discrete project assignment.
• 60 days – You will have been a contributing member of our team working under the direction of our Chief Technology Officer. You will have a performance retrospective with your supervisor to fill in any gaps and to help ensure your ongoing success.
• 90 days – You will have taken full responsibility for the BA, QA and Rollout of a project to an internal team. You will have a performance retrospective with your supervisor to fill in any gaps and to help ensure your ongoing success.
