Responsibilities – Manage the recruitment, selection, and exit process Organize and maintain the human resources filing system and ensure the accuracy and completeness of confidential personnel files and employee records, files, and retrieving documents Handle college relations and oversee various sourcing and internship programs Perform internal and external office communication: email, social media, and miscellaneous written correspondence Counsel and analyze the suitable candidates for our courses/training programs Pitch our courses/training programs to students, college graduates, and educational institutions Look after the training of the candidates by taking charge of processes like allocating tasks and deadlines, designing modules, interacting with students on the behalf of mentors, briefing them on the tasks, keeping in contact with the trainees, and reviewing their performance, and giving suitable feedback Contribute to training/course content, also create awareness about our training programs using digital media like Facebook, Quora, LinkedIn, etc
