We’re looking for a skilled soft skills trainer and a student career mentor who can comprehend students’ job objectives, expectations, gaps, and wants while also educating them on the critical abilities needed for their professional development.

• Conduct various tests to evaluate students strengths and gaps.
• helps graduate students develop a solid profile that is aligned with their professional goals, whether those goals are for placements or further studies.
• In order to aid students in advancing their careers, it is important to properly address their problems, demands, and needs.
• Conduct student career counselling sessions
• Give them information on other career alternatives and what would be more appropriate for them.
• Answer questions from students on methods for career development, exploration, and placement.
• To prepare pupils for employment, teach them about industry trends and job seeking techniques.
• Encourage each student to conduct a successful job search.
• To enhance students’ personal and professional growth, provide soft skill training to students.
• assist students with creating resumes, interview techniques, and job search tactics.
• assist in planning orientations, graduation events, and advisory board activities.
• help students with activities related to career placement.

Roles And Responsibilities

• should possess effective interpersonal and communication abilities
• Conduct training for interviews and soft skills using real-world examples.
• training in resume-writing, language, and soft skills to a range of age groups with demonstrated work experience
• capacity to evaluate a candidate’s strengths and weaknesses
• knowledge of creating lecture content
• The ability to operate in a fast-paced workplace 

Qualifications

• Passionate devoted to education and lifelong learning
• prepared to take the lead when necessary and open to learning new techniques
• training in soft skills and corporate skills for a minimum of three years 
• Fluent in English and Hindi
