Executive (Training)

The executive is expected to develop a sound understanding of Sahulat as an organization, functions, goal & mission. The executive will be broadly responsible for planning and implementing training programs for affiliated cooperatives of Sahulat. They will also need to collaborate with the software support team and ensure the timely implementation of all software in affiliate cooperatives. Besides the above, they are expected to deliver specifically on the following responsibilities;

• Need assessment for the training of affiliated cooperatives employees, board of directors and members.
• Develop and implement training curriculums that are consistent with current trends and best practices.
• Develop PPTs and speaking points for training.
• Oversee and conduct workshops, individual training sessions, and presentations.
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that trained employees and the board of directors are performing job responsibilities according to training.
• Conduct baseline survey and post-training survey.
• Prepare detailed reports of delivered training and feedback.
• Develop rapport with the management and employees of societies.
• Prepare and submit activity reports on a daily/weekly basis as instructed.
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks as may be delegated by the reporting head from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Candidates having 1-2 years of experience in financial training will have added advantage.

Skills Required

• Sound understanding of finance and accounting systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
