
Primary responsibilities:
a) Training Curriculum Design
a. Design the content for creation of training modules, e-learning, collateral, and other training material.
This includes creation of instructor-led, virtual, self-learning and blended learning modules.
b. Assist & develop impactful training sessions that meet the business objective of delivering exemplary training.
c. Facilitate in creating training aids, activities to aid innovative training delivery. Design of Training Lesson Plans, Support material & tools (audio, videos, quiz, case studies, interactive activities)
d. Collaborate with Subject matter experts to incorporate technical competency in the training content and develop programs as per the unique requirements of each department.
b) Training planning
a. Partner with the Head – Training & Development, to implement Training sessions for internal /
external trainings.
b. Training admin & support: Liaising with relevant stakeholders both external & internal to ensure smooth execution of training
c) Trainer Assessment and evaluation
a. Assist the Head – T&D in assessing and measuring program, feedback from trainees and delivery quality of trainers to ensure continuous improvement.
d) Knowledge Building
a. Maintain continued professional development, keeping up to date with the latest training practices, trends, and technology.
b. Research and collate relevant content, images, and methodology to give a fresh approach to the modules / sessions to be built in future.
Secondary responsibilities:
a) Work with the top management on special projects related to the training function.
b) Participate in project work as required by Directors, to achieve business objectives and ensure delivery of results to implement and/or maintain best working practices.
1-2 years of experience in a progressive firm. • Experience in Curriculum / training content design.
