The Job:

• Screening and conducting interviews per the SOP
• Delivering top level candidates within stipulated timeline
• Manage end to end hiring process for junior level roles
• Strategize to attract talented pool of candidates
• Assist HR Team in onboarding, documentation, employee engagement activities etc.
• Drive the Elevate K-12 employment brand across the Mumbai market

What you will need:

• 2-4 yrs strong experience in core IT/Tech recruitment
• Strong experience in various sourcing platforms like naukri/ linkedin/ indeed/ hirist
• Good understanding of technical skills
• Experience in managing onboarding process & documentation
• Prociency in time planning and management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong organization skills
• Procient using ATS
• Flexible to work in 12 pm to 9 pm shift
• Experience in handling multiple responsibilities
• Good networking skills
