- Trainer Duties and Responsibilities
- • Assist with assessing training needs for new and existing employees and identifying training
- activities/systems to address competency gaps, as identified.
- • Scripting and storyboarding based on knowledge of learning theories. Content creation
- • Establish networks and build relationships with internal stakeholders and team members within
- the organization.
- • Maintain a strong relationship with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure
- flawless execution of training programs.

- 5. Excellent presentation skills
- 6. Good working knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
- 7. Strong interpersonal, customer service, leadership and motivational skills
