  • activities/systems to address competency gaps, as identified.
  • • Scripting and storyboarding based on knowledge of learning theories. Content creation
  • • Establish networks and build relationships with internal stakeholders and team members within
  • the organization.
  • • Maintain a strong relationship with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure
  • flawless execution of training programs.
  • • Evaluate employees and create learning paths

  • 1. 4-5 years of BPO Experience with 2+ years of experience in Learning And Development (L&D)
  • 2. Graduate / 3-year Diploma
  • 3. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • 4. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 5. Excellent presentation skills
  • 6. Good working knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
  • 7. Strong interpersonal, customer service, leadership and motivational skills
  • 8. Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented
  • 9. Feedback and coaching skills
  • 10. Know how of content creation tools like adobe captivate, storyline articulate, go animate etc
