Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum development: Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum for Full Stack Java Development, covering frontend, backend, and database technologies, and create training materials for automation testing, encompassing Selenium framework, test automation strategies, and best practices, and develop training modules for digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics
• Training delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in-person or virtually, focusing on full-stack Java development, automation testing, and digital marketing
• Technical support: Offer guidance and assistance to trainees in setting up development environments, configuring testing frameworks, and implementing digital marketing strategies, and provide ongoing technical support through forums, email correspondence, or one-on-one consultations to address queries and troubleshoot issues faced by learners
• Performance evaluation: Assess trainees’ understanding and proficiency through quizzes, assignments, coding exercises, and practical projects
• Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in full-stack Java development, automation testing, and digital marketing
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and industry professionals to enhance training programs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
