• Taking admissions, handling escalations, parent enquiries and attritions.
• The person is responsible for demonstrating high standard of performance at the Centre at all times
• Ensuring safety and wellbeing of children at the centre and adult child ratio is maintained all the time
• Provide knowledge and instruction to children while also helping them develop their hobbies, personalities and skills
• Assess and record children progress and provide feedback
• Observe and understand child behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc to the Centre Head
• Preparing and implementing a full engagement plan according to the Ipsaa curriculum
• Responsible for vibrancy and liveliness at the centre
• Managing parent expectation within the rules
• Managing Centre support staff, recruitment, retention, output and discipline.
• Timely and accurate reporting
• Meeting parents and taking feedbacks
