Roles & Responsibilities

The Trainer is responsible for assisting in the implementation and ongoing support of all education programs. Primary functions include In-Salon training, Workshop and Ongoing strategizing to remain innovative in our education offerings, as the premiere luxury hair care brand.

• Schedule in-salon education classes and manage his or her calendar for education, including itineraries, communicating directly with the salon.
• Evaluate, coach, and develop in-salon teams through monthly visits to the Salons.
• Implementation of existing and future product and selling skills training.
• Provide and Train team to provide in-store selling support.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with the Salon Management team, Salon Manager, Senior Education Consultant(s), and Salon Owners.
• Responsible for planning and execution of educational workshops.
• Provide on-site support at photoshoots and video shoots, including setup, product orders, and model management.
• Communicate and Build Relationships with high-profile salon owners and hairstylists on a regular basis.
• Staying up to date on competitive brand product launches and education initiatives.
• Adapting and customizing all education curriculum to various customer channel’s needs and requirements.
• Responsible for the continuous review and revision of existing educational content, programs and tools based on business needs.
•  Represent Evolvere Salon Solutions in a professional and ethical manner at all times, following all the guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Passion, interest and knowledge of the Hair Care industry are preferred.
• A creative and practical thinker with an attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables. 
• Ability to listen and understand the needs of internal/external customers, translating those needs into elevated educational materials.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes.
