• Vehicle Knowledge: Thorough understanding of CNG and EV (Electric Vehicle) systems.
• Driving Skills: Must possess excellent driving skills and a valid driving license.
• Training & Coaching: Ability to train and coach new drivers effectively.
• Flexibility: Must be flexible and approachable, able to adapt to different training needs.
• Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills to conduct training sessions.
• Driving Test Administration: Proficient in administering driving tests and evaluating driver performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Valid driving license.
• Extensive knowledge of CNG and EV vehicles.
• Proven experience in driver training or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging training presentations.
• Proficiency in conducting and assessing driving tests.
