Organisation Description: Everest Fleet Pvt Ltd is a leading fleet management company in India We
currently supply 15,000+ cars to taxi aggregating platforms across 7 metro cities. It is one of the only
companies to use a 100% CNG fleet of vehicles and is continuously growing, aiming to expand across
India to become the biggest fleet provider. Position Description: The trainer is responsible for identifying the training needs of each operation
that they are assigned and ensuring that appropriate programs and training methods are created and
implemented to meet these needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
The Trainer will perform the following duties:
Provides training for individual or group settings to new hires as well as tenured employees
Should be able to create and improvise the training content
Create landmarks to be achieved through training methods and create training plans
Coach, counsel, and inspire employees to not only meet but exceed required production goals
Conducts skill needs assessments to identify specific skill/knowledge gaps, training objectives, work situations and changes in training policies and procedures
Coordinates training and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated
for consistency
Observe employees to determine the effectiveness of training programs and ensure that any
additional training requirements are fulfilled
Document each training program and module properly and provide follow-up for refresher
training courses
Exhibit and practice positive communication and team-building skills with trainees to ensure a
consistently professional environment
Maintain a training log with trainees and hold weekly one-on-one meetings with new selectors
After training, submit a report of the total number of hours of training delivered and the related
skills achieved
Functions as a team member within the department and as required, performs other duties as
assigned
Education, Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
At least 2 years of applicable training experience
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrated teaching skills and proficiency in effective adult instructional techniques
Experience developing, analysing, and measuring instructional training programs
Ability to follow instructions and work independently without constant supervision; analyse
instructional situations and develop an effective course of action to achieve maximum learning by
the trainees; and work effectively with Supervisors in developing training and training plans
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving, decision making and creative thinking abilities
Ability to read, write and speak English, Hindi and local language proficiently
