Roles and Responsibilities

1. The teacher should be mindful to the needs of individual children with concerns for their interests, handicaps, special talents, individual style, pace of learning and socio-economic background.
2. The teacher should assist and participate in all events and celebrations / field trips organized by the school.
3. The teacher should supervise the children during lunch break, play time, field trip, outdoor events etc. and inculcate discipline in and out of class.
4. She should assist and greet children at welcome and departure time.
5. The teacher should maintain regular and timely communication through PTMs to strengthen parent and school partnership.
6. The medium of instruction in the School is English; hence the teacher should communicate in English at all times.

Good Communication Skills (Spoken and Written)

Good in Art and Craft

Diploma in Early Child Care/TTC
