Job Description:

1. BPO experience is a must
2. Should have minimum 2yrs experience as Training AM/Manager
3. Should have both Inbound and Outbound experience
4. Experience in project management
5. Proficient in MS Office suite ( PowerPoint , Word , Excel and MS Projects)
6. Excellent Leadership skills and ability to multi-tasking
7. Excellent analytical skills
8. Deploy a wide variety of training methods
9. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
10. Should have knowledge of digitization
11. Monitor and evaluate training programs and its effectiveness
