Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Admissions at EThames College, Hyderabad. The Director of Admissions will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with student recruitment, enrollment management, student financial aid, and customer service. The role will require excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders within the college.

Qualifications

• Enrollment Management and Student Recruiting skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Master’s Degree preferred in Education, Business Administration, or related field

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in a leadership role, knowledge of various student financial aid programs, experience in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, and proficiency in CRM systems.
