Do require knowledge on how to create skills, roles for users

Need experience on Wrap-Up-Codes, Canned Responses, ACD Skills & Languages, WebRTC phone’s

Basic troubleshooting for cloud related issue

Good technical and communication skill

Must be flexible to work in any time zone
