What you will do

• 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities, Incident Management.
• Problem Management.
• System Administration.
• 2nd Level Billing Operations.

You will bring

• Good Understanding of Telecom Theories and Fundamentals.
• Understand network and technology evolutions from IN perspective including converged networks.
• Relevant experience in IN domain with Exp on IN protocols like INAP, CAMEL, Diameter.
• Knowledge on Ericsson Charging system is must.
• Experience with IN Nodes like Minsat, EMA, EMM, SDP, CCN, IVR, VS, AIR, CRS.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar with 5+ years of experience.
