Responsibilities and Duties
Key responsibilities

• Counselling process: Generating Leads, Attending Walk-ins &

Maintaining Activity Reports

• Follow ups of Tele, Online & Walk-in inquiries & Making

Conversions

• Achieving the defined Billing & Collection target on Monthly basis
• Student Batch Management & Fee Collection
• Faculty Batch Scheduling
• Sending Weekly and Monthly reports to Head Office
• Organizing Events/Seminars for new inquiries as well as current students
• Inventory Management – Inquiry Forms, Enrolment Forms, Brochures, and Books etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Good communications skills
• Good personality

• Good convincing skills
• Ambition to achieve targets
