EntryLevel Hiring For Associate Learning Designer at India Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Learning Designer to join our vibrant, fast-paced team at EntryLevel.

In this full-time, remote role, you will:

• have the opportunity to play a key part in designing and enhancing our educational programs.
• work with industry experts to build new programs for learners
• play a key role in shaping our educational strategies to deliver top-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Course Design: Creating new educational programs for high-demand jobs across the world, that thousands of students will experience.
2. Instructor Engagement: Research and onboard potential instructors to refine their jobs into 6-week courses to help people rapidly reskill.
3. Course Update and Content Creation: Use feedback to enhance existing programs by creating new written, video and audio educational content.
4. Admin and Support: Handle course related admin tasks, manage content on our LMS and programs related databases. Collaborate with our marketing, product and technical teams to build your program into existence.
5. Community: Organize and moderate educational events and workshops. Interact with students as they work through EntryLevel’s programs.
6. Quality and Innovation: Ensure course quality, keep track of ed-tech trends and learning frameworks to improve student learning experience.

About You

We’re seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks.

You should have:

• At least a year’s experience in education, editing, or writing
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• An ability to consistently meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Flexibility to process and respond to new information quickly
• Experience working remotely
• Proficiency with digital tools like Canva, Slack, Notion, Excel and basic video editing software
• Experience in creating educational content and running workshops

Bonus points if you:

• Are familiar with EntryLevel’s courses or fields like product management or data analysis
• Are interested in learning AI tools and technologies (or already on top of the AI boom)
• Have worked in a fast-paced startup or educational sector
