Designation: Education Counsellors

Location: Pune, Vishrantwadi

Experience: 3-6months

He/she will play a very crucial role in the educational life-pattern of our students.

Education counsellors have to come up with suitable career paths for each student. Their advice is usually based on the individual’s interest and abilities, and in some cases their skills

He/she will be responsible for the revenue generation of the organisation

• Achieving the admission target across all courses
• Follow up with students via emails, phone and calls
• Regular follow-ups with the students & Faculties about the ongoing bathes.
• Follow Systems processes and procedures as per the set criteria

Skills:

Prior experience in counselling is must

Excellent oral communication, interpersonal, and superb listening skills. (Fluency in English is must)

Familiarity with the basic concepts of IT Technologies

Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to the candidates

Sales oriented and target driven attitude

Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow

Team player and maintain a good relationship with the entire ecosystem
