As a UI/UX Designer at enguru, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our app, contributing to the design system, and ensuring that our target audience has a seamless and engaging learning journey. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and leadership teams, turning ideas into beautifully designed, user-centric interfaces.Key Responsibilities:• Work closely with engineering and leadership teams to create and refine user interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.• Design flows and experiences tailored to the target audience, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging learning experience.• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the enguru design system, helping build reusable design components.• Translate product and design elements into creative, branding, and marketing materials that resonate with our users.• Analyse and improve existing user flows by empathizing with users through user research and suggest enhancements to optimize the user experience.• Conduct user tests with real users to validate your design hypotheses at various stages of product development.• Define and implement adoption, engagement, and efficiency metrics for enguru, regularly track them, and derive actionable insights from the data.Expected Skills/Tools:• 1-6 years of product design experience working on consumer-facing app-based products.• Experience working in fast-paced and execution-focused continuous delivery environments.• Expertise in design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe XD.• Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Illustrator, Principle, After Effects, Marvel App, and Protopie is a bonus.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI) or equivalent practical experience.• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.• A passion for user-centered design and a deep understanding of user psychology and human-computer interaction principles.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and dynamic work environment.If you are a creative and driven UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and want to be part of a dynamic team working to revolutionize English learning, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.
