Hiring: Online English Teacher | 1-on-1 Classes | International Students | WFH
Looking for English teachers to join our online tutoring team. You’ll teach school students based abroad (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Middle East) through one-on-one Zoom classes. Fixed salary, work from home, night shift to match international timings.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Remote Pay: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM IST Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
Job Description
As an online English teacher, you will handle individual students from Grade 1 through Grade 12. Each class is 1-on-1 — one teacher, one student. You’ll teach grammar, reading, writing, vocabulary, and help students improve spoken English and confidence.
Key Duties
- Take 1-on-1 English classes online via Zoom
- Teach reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary as per student grade
- Help students with school homework, assignments, and essays
- Improve spoken English and presentation skills
- Prepare lesson plans based on each student’s level
- Send weekly/monthly progress updates to parents
- Mark attendance and keep simple performance records
Eligibility
- Graduate in English / Linguistics / Mass Communication / Journalism / Education (B.A., B.Ed., M.A. all accepted)
- Postgraduate degree is an added advantage
- IELTS, PTE, TEFL, or CELTA certification preferred but not required
- Clear English pronunciation and grammar
- Good listener, patient with kids
- Basic computer skills — Zoom training will be given
