Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for English faculty based in Thrissur. The English faculty will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in reading comprehension, verbal ability, etc.; creating lesson plans tailored to the curriculum; and preparing students for competitive exams and academic success. Responsibilities include fostering a positive learning environment, evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support individual development. The role will also involve collaborating with colleagues and contributing to educational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and a strong command of the English language
- Experience in Lesson Planning and developing structured educational content
- Skills in Teaching and Education to effectively facilitate learning
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students and colleagues
- Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve their academic goals
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience in teaching competitive exam curricula is an advantage
