Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Mumbai. The English Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that incorporate creative writing, vocabulary building, grammar, phonetics, and speech enhancement for school-age learners. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves maintaining a positive learning environment, communicating regularly with parents or guardians about student development, and collaborating with colleagues to refine teaching methods and curriculum. The teacher is expected to uphold high academic and behavioral standards while supporting diverse learning needs.

Location: Thakur Complex, Kandivali (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra

Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies, with a learner-centered approach.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum adaptation to suit different ages and proficiency levels.
• Background in Education, linguistics, or related fields, with understanding of child development and pedagogy.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain concepts simply.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related discipline; teaching certifications or training are an advantage.
• Prior experience teaching children or young learners in classroom or tutoring settings is preferred.
• Ability to manage classrooms effectively, use creative and interactive teaching techniques, and integrate basic technology into lessons.
