Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced English Speaking Trainer to help students and job seekers improve their spoken English, communication skills, pronunciation, and confidence. The trainer will conduct engaging training sessions and support learners in achieving their personal and professional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct spoken English and communication skills training sessions.
- Develop lesson plans and training materials.
- Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for interviews, presentations, and workplace communication.
- Create an interactive and positive learning environment.
- Monitor attendance and maintain training records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners.
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
