Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Spoken English & Personality Development Trainer who can help students and professionals improve their communication skills, confidence, public speaking, and overall personality. The trainer should be capable of conducting engaging sessions focused on practical learning, fluency improvement, interview preparation, and professional grooming.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English and Personality Development training sessions.
- Improve students’ communication, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar skills.
- Train students in:
- Public Speaking
- Group Discussions
- Interview Preparation
- Presentation Skills
- Confidence Building
- Corporate Etiquette
- Design interactive classroom activities and assignments.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Help students overcome stage fright and improve interpersonal skills.
- Conduct mock interviews and real-life communication practice sessions.
- Maintain attendance, reports, and student performance records.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Good understanding of personality development techniques.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Confident, professional, and energetic personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹10,547.51 – ₹34,322.96 per month
Work Location: In person
