Roles and responsibilities of a trainer:
Conducting the classroom training for a batch of aspiring paramedics
Quality education to be delivered at the center as per Virohan standards
Take timely training sessions and ensure lesson plan completion as per Virohan
Standards
Inculcate soft skills among young trainees w.r.t. their job readiness
Take Mentor mentee, VSO, and such sessions as and when required
Batch documentation and student performance reporting
Organizing extra-curricular activities for students overall development
Motivate and mentor students as needed
Collecting student doubts and addressing them
