Blackboard Radio (BBR) is an award-winning social ed-tech enterprise founded by IIT Delhi alumni and supported by Villgro Innovation Foundation and CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad. At Blackboard Radio (BBR), we are creating an AI-powered spoken English tutor for learners.

Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:

– Facilitate a range of public speaking sessions for learners above the age group of 18.

– Facilitate learners to help them acquire relevant skills and proficiency in public speaking.

– Create personalized learning journeys for students & help them to achieve the desired learning outcomes

– Encourage learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context

– Work with the team to put together engaging course content for the learners.

– Create an open and inclusive learning environment.

– Ensure that students enjoy the course!

Only those candidates can apply who:

– Understand the learning needs of the student.

– Possess great communication skills.

– Have excellent knowledge of English Grammar concepts and Spoken English.

– Is comfortable in taking Live English classes.

– Understands the nuances in creating an amazing learning experience.

– Have a minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching English to working Professionals.

– Comfortable in teaching all age-groups.

– Comfortable in preparing the lesson plans or modifying the content according to learners needs.

– Minimum Educational Qualification- Graduate or Postgraduate (Business Administration, Mass Communication,English, Stream Preferred)

– Have a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection & a working webcam.

– Have experience in conducting public speaking/ soft skills/ speech training.

-Having experience in corporate training would be an added advantage.

Contract length: 6 months

Joining: Immediately

Remuneration: 3 lpa to 4.8 lpa
