Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Training Instructor based in Mumbai. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, preparing instructional materials, conducting in-person training sessions, and ensuring participants meet learning objectives. Duties include evaluating trainees’ progress, providing mentoring, and continuously improving training methods and content in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure effective trainee interaction and information delivery.
- Experience in Training and Teaching, with abilities to create and deliver well-structured educational content.
- Basic Sales knowledge to understand and communicate the value proposition of training to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple training programs and achieve desired outcomes effectively.
- Familiarity with aviation or engineering industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent industry experience is also valued.
