• Conduct sessions for a minimum of 3 bathes (Max 4 batches)
• Conduct 3 hrs of sessions per week for each batch with around 25-30 children in each batch
• Conduct periodic assessments based on program needs
• Develop high-impact relationships with students, school staff & parents
• Provide end-to-end support to students in the execution of their ‘Student -Led community projects
• Attends all training and development sessions, whether in-person or online.
• Completes all self-learning modules and reworks of all training sessions
• Attends all 1-1 mentoring sessions
• Conduct periodic home visits to the student’s home
• Conduct a project of choice in the year 2 of the fellowship
• Fill the monitoring form after each session
• Help the operations team with one-off administrative tasks
• Help extended city teams plan and execute events effectively
• Be part of exposure visits with children
