Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer NetSuite ERP system, including integration with third-party systems and customizations
• Develop and maintain system protocols, guidelines, and documentation for system improvements and upgrades
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to support NetSuite system changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite system issues, interacting with stakeholders and vendors as needed
• Train end-users on NetSuite application, perform system testing and change management
• Manage system security and role-based access controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Accounting, Sales, and IT, to improve system efficiency and processes
