Responsibilities-

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading ETG’s unique way of learning. You will be expected to perform the following set of responsibilities-
1. Student Counselling with Ed Tech/ E-learning organization.
2. Will have to do consultative calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective
3. Fix appointments and conduct regular sessions on a daily basis with students.
4. Candidates should be fluent in English & Hindi and preferably any one language, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and Kannada.
5. Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs.
6. Responsible for timely reporting to managers.
7. Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.

Qualifications-

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any engineering stream.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical counselling,
• Good with tools like MS office, Google ecosystem (Sheets, slides, calendar and meet)
• Good listener and proficient communication skills.
• Having an understanding of defining career goals, time management is added advantage.
• Patient and friendly personality.
