Study Xpress is an online education platform that offers a wide range of courses to students of all ages. We are looking for an experienced Educational Counselor to join our team and provide guidance to our students.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and guide students on their academic goals, career aspirations, and personal development
• Provide information about Study Xpress courses and programs
• Assist students in selecting courses that meet their academic and career goals
• Help students develop study skills and time management strategies
• Offer support to students who may be struggling academically or personally
• Provide resources for students with disabilities or other special needs
• Keep accurate records of student interactions and progress
• Collaborate with other Study Xpress staff to develop and implement support programs for students

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in educational counseling or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of educational and career pathways
• Familiarity with online education platforms
