Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Overseas Education Counsellor. The counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and their families through the process of applying to universities and colleges abroad. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive and personalized counselling services to students, and will be responsible for building relationships with partner institutions, attending education fairs, and promoting our services to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive counselling services to students interested in studying abroad, including assistance with university selection, course selection, application submission, and visa application.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions, including universities, colleges, and language schools.
• Attend education fairs and other events to promote our services to potential clients.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in education policies and visa regulations for various countries.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, counselling, international relations).
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in education counselling or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with the application processes and requirements for universities and colleges abroad.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English and any additional languages is an advantage.
