Responsibilities and Duties

– Handling Inbound and Out bound Calls.
– Handling Phone, emails and Chats.
– Responsible to manage & convert leads for programs.
– Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales.
– Counselling the students with proper information’s.
– Reporting to Higher officials with proper reports.
