The role is for a multinational education management company which manages 20+ universities and international college campuses globally.

Role Description

The role is a bridge between Global university and International College Campus at Indian university partners. The incumbent will identify opportunities for academic collaboration between top ranked US university and Indian university partners.

• Own the process on academic front (identifying the right programs at each partner, help partner University to get the necessary preparation for program launches both for their internal & external regulatory approvals), doing mappings for dual degrees and accelerated masters, ensuring good use of the content repository, organizing global signature courses, master classes, co-teaching, mobility programs with global partner universities
• Focus on the right LX (learning experience) and outcomes for student success for the International College programs
• Continue to support the business on new product innovation and rollout
• Take up special projects to help wherever University partner needs extra support as project manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or PhD) preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in university relations, academic partnerships, academic administration or related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage a large portfolio of partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with academic leaders
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

Ideal Profile:

• A candidate having good University administrative experience (academic or commercial) with a particular emphasis on global / international affairs, new program launches etc.
• Mid management professional who are hands-on and result oriented would be a better fit.
