Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a good understanding of Edumerge and its offerings.
• Build a strong GTM strategy to scale the inbound marketing function.
• Grow top of the funnel of potential customers via awareness campaigns.
• Use Account-based Marketing to acquire new customers.
• Drive demand via organic and paid campaigns on AdWords, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Own, optimize, and improve conversion rates across the board.
• Work with the product team and the management to develop a strong brand positioning for Edumerge.
• Work with the sales team to create an outbound strategy to help drive revenue from target customers.

Requirements :

• You have managed marketing to prospects in the ed-tech market for a minimum period of 1 year.
• You like to experiment with different strategies such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, etc.
• You are comfortable coming up with your own content for the website, blogs, ads, etc.
• Experience working with Freshsales or any other CRM, and email automation tools.
• An understanding of school management software will be an advantage.

Education: Demonstrated skills matter, Degrees don’t. Desired Experience: 3+ years.
