CONTEXT OF THE ROLE
Edufront is an Ed Tech start-up soaring to scale new heights expanding and gaining market by aggressive strategies and creating value throughout the value chain.
We are looking for a hustler, an aggressive hunter as Business Development partner to support us in the journey
To be successful in the role, the individual should love meeting people, pitching, negotiating and closing projects, should have attitude to learn new technologies and inclination to give demonstrations.
The role holder will be responsible to generate revenues and to increase market share in a sustained and scaled manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Mapping for various Educational Institutes across your territory.
- Keeping yourself abreast of happenings in Ed Tech space and K12 and education Industry in general.
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Pitching to the clients and taking them through the product Demonstrations
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Training business development staff and other colleagues as and when required
- Perform in accordance with JD / KPIs and key performance metrics
- Attending conferences and industry events
- Any other task as shared by management from time to time.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- 5 years+ experience in sales / business development / client servicing
- Must exhibit interest and competencies in Product Demonstrations
- Candidates with technical qualifications and Education Industry background shall be preferred.
- Good English and Hindi / Regional communication skills
- Tech Savvy.
- Hands On MS OFFICE.
