Designation – Counsellors

Salary – 20K to 25K + Incentives

Functional Area – Counselling and Servicing.

Education – UG (Any Graduate – Any Specialization) / PG (Any Post Graduate – Any Specialization)

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

· Handle student walk-ins at the Centre.

· Follow up on leads generated through various sources.

· Counsel and guide aspiring students about various products/ offerings.

· Student conversion to meet revenue and product targets for the Centre.

· Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

· Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

· Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

· Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

· Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

· Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

· Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Requirements

· Should have excellent communication skills and convincing power.

· Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.

· Female candidates will be preferred.

· Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.

· Good knowledge of CRMs like (No Paper Form) and other telephone systems

· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.

· Ability to switch communication styles
