Duties andResponsibilities:
- To be responsible for the maintenance and submission ofstaff data both computerized and manual records, ensuring thatmonthly payroll deadline is met and maintainconfidentiality
- To maintain staffrecords, including sickness, special leave, punctuality, annualleave, other leave, retirement and resignation, grievance anddisciplinary matters.
- To operateand manage Staff Reporting system
- Update and maintain staff list and studentlist
