We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has bachelors degree with Education (B.ed) and Bachelors degree in Hindi
• Has Minimum experience of 2yrs
• Are located in City Bangalore
• Has high level of success in teaching across school children.
• Has strong Interpersonal, communication, written and spoken English
• Is enthusiastic, imaginative and forward thinking
• Can inspire, motivate and engage children to achieve and succeed
• Is able to form positive relationship with Children, staff and parents

TeachingAbout the role:

• Plan and teach well-structured lessons to assigned classes, following the schools plans, curriculum and scheme of work
• Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievement of assigned students, making accurate and productive use of assessments
• Adapt teaching to respond to the strength and needs of students
• Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge students.
• Promote good progress and outcome by students
• Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
• Participate in arrangements for preparing students for external and internal tests

Organization, Strategy and Development

• Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the schools policies, practices and procedures, to support the schools values and vision
• Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
• Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure co-ordinated outcomes
• Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.

Professional Development

• Take part in the Schools appraisal process
• Take part in further Training and Development in order to improve your own Teaching.

Workday and Time: School work from Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 3:30PM)
