Required Area Sales manager for reputed school in HyderabadExperience: Minimum 1-2 year in Edtech – B2B Role Type: IndividualContributor CTC: INR 30,000-40,000/ month We Need immediate joiner.We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Area Manager tojoin our team. As an Area Manager in our B2B Edtech company, youwill be responsible for managing and growing the business in theassigned area. You will play a crucial role in understanding ourproduct and integrated solutions and effectively communicatingtheir impact on student learning. The ideal candidate shouldpossess a strong sales background in the education technologysector and be able to work independently to drive results.Responsibilities: In-depth Understanding of Product &Integrated Solution. Develop a comprehensive understanding of ourproduct and integrated solutions to effectively communicate theirbenefits to potential clients. Sales Pipeline Creation & LeadGeneration: Generate a strong sales pipeline through leadgeneration and prospecting activities to identify and targetpotential school clients. School Owner Persona & RequirementUnderstanding: Conduct thorough research to understand the personaand requirements of school owners to pitch appropriate solutionstailored to their needs. Product Demo & Academic Discussions:Conduct compelling product demos and academic discussions withschools to showcase the value and effectiveness of our solutions.Negotiation & Agreement Closure: Negotiate contracts and closeagreements with prospective clients to maximize successfulpartnerships. Handover to Key Account Team: Successfully winpartnerships with schools and handover the accounts to the KeyAccount team for ongoing management. CRM Maintenance: Ensure theCRM is regularly updated with timely and accurate information aboutleads, clients, and interactions. Industry Knowledge & MarketInsights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive offerings,and customer aspirations (School Owners, Teachers, Parents,Students). Adherence to Sales Process: Follow the defined salesprocess and contribute to its improvement by providing valuableinsights and feedback. Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years ofexperience in B2B sales within the Edtech industry. Proven trackrecord of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strongcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability towork independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizationaland time management abilities. Willingness to travel within theassigned area as needed.
