6. Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for pre-primary students, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and learning aids required for pre-primary education.
8. Plan and organize school events and activities for the pre-primary section, fostering a sense of community and engagement among students, parents, and staff.
9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among pre-primary teachers, staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
10. Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement school-wide policies and initiatives.
