Qualification – Graduate in relevant stream with B.Ed., D.Ed or any other equivalent course or diploma.
Competencies & Skill required. Have good, written and verbal communication skills. Should be able to build inter-personal relationship with colleagues. Able to work in an organized and methodical way and have sound organizational and co-ordination skills. Must possess good teaching and multi-tasking skills. Well conversant with MS-office (Word, Excel & Power Point).

Job Responsibility General: Ø Take up the role of Mother-Teacher and develop basic skills and behavior in the students.(If assigned) Ø Impart moral values and promote Indian and Qatari Culture. Ø Ensure holistic development of the students through integrated teaching-learning process. Ø Attend official meetings. Ø Perform other administrative duties assigned by Reps. and the coordinators. Evaluation and Assessments: Ø Periodic assessment of students’ performance.(weekly tests, class test ,quiz etc.) Ø Regular assessment of students’ written work.(notebooks, textbooks) Ø Error free evaluation of worksheets, answer scripts etc. and give appropriate feedback. Ø Design and conduct remedial session as per the student’s requirement. Ø Promotion process ( Entry of grades and marks, attendance details, printing of report cards, shuffling of students , Result Declaration) Communication: Ø To have positive and effective communication with colleagues. Ø To build a rapport and connection with the students. Ø To communicate with the parents and convey periodic feedback about their children in a positive manner. Professional Development : Ø To attend workshops/training courses (Inter and intra) and share the experience and knowledge with the team. Ø Identify the learning needs and develop annual professional growth plans. Ø Self-assessment and device methods to improve their capabilities. Documentation , record maintenance and Filing: Ø Maintain Student Information record, Attendance Register, Leave letters etc. Ø Maintain Marks register, remedial class record, Case Study Ø File Medical records of students, SEN records (if any). Ø Maintain records of training programmes attended. Ø Documentation of PAR file, anecdotal records etc. Ø Maintain the records w.r.t. Talent Hunt, Annual Day and other activities. Other Duties : Ø Substitute other classes if needed. Ø Stay back during annual days and PTM (if required) Ø Any other work assigned by the Heads.
