Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the academic and administrative head, ensuring compliance with CBSE bylaws and educational standards
• Oversee teacher evaluations, student discipline, and overall school management
• Maintain a balanced approach to leadership, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth
• Develop and implement pedagogical plans and strategies in collaboration with faculty
• Manage school finances, including budgeting, purchasing, and maintenance of accounts
• Supervise the recruitment, development, and performance of teaching and non-teaching staff
• Ensure the safety and maintenance of school facilities and property
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff
• Engage with the community to enhance the school’s profile and student opportunities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-8 years of consistent experience in leadership roles within CBSE-affiliated schools.
