Job Description

CSR Officer/Manager needed in an Education Group in Hyderabad. 

Key Responsibilities –

• Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups

• Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments through marketing

• Conducting research into best practice in the industry

• Writing and actioning a company’s social responsibility strategy

• Ensuring that a company’s policies meet legal and commercial needs.

• Propose new programs and initiatives to key business leaders. Organising events for employees and their teams

• Encouraging links between the company and educational or charitable groups

• Spreading the word in schools and local organisations about the company

• Reporting on social responsibility activity to senior managers.

• Develop, analyse and evaluate the impact, resource requirements and cost/benefit of new programs.

• Develop strategies and materials for the communication of CSR initiatives to all internal and external audiences, ensuring overall messaging consistency across business units and throughout corporate communications.

• Contributing in financial due diligence and support management functions like preparing ToRs and conducting comparative technical and financial evaluation of proposals in order to onboard partner organizations

Skills, Qualification and Experience –

• Postgraduate in Social Work/ MBA

• Maximum of 10 years’ experience in the CSR space

• Experience of partnering with NGO’s preferably in the education sector

• Strong communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Sensitivity and understanding

• Knowledge of how businesses operate.
