Admission Manager needed in a School in Sector 70,Gurgaon.

Qualifications: Postgraduate with at least 5 years of experience in Admissions Management with an IB school or in similar customer facing roles.

Scope of Work:

• Strengthening and upgrading the vision, values and philosophy of the school.
• Student Admissions and Administration: To ensure end-to-end execution of the Admission process in accordance with school policies and standards. This includes the creation of SOPs, Parent Engagement, Student connections, and maintenance of ERPs.
• Marketing, Communications and Public relations: Create marketing strategies and implement the same to ensure brand visibility and enrollments. Facilitate effective outreach and communication with prospective parents and students via varied media.
• Event Management: To plan and organize activities to increase enrollments, brand enhancement, and promotional events.
• Data Management and Report Writing: Maintain all relevant data of student enrollment on the student data management system and files. To analyse and share reports with the Stakeholders at regular intervals.
• Training and development of the Admissions and Communication team.
