Duties andResponsibilities of an AdministrationDirector

  1. AdministrativeLeadership:Provide strong leadership in the schools administrative functionsand oversee the day-to-dayoperations.

  2. PolicyDevelopment andImplementation:Develop, revise, and implement school policies and procedures toensure smooth and efficient operations while adhering to relevantregulations andstandards.

  3. BudgetManagement:Prepare and manage the schools budget, including financialplanning, resource allocation, and cost control. Ensure that fundsare used effectively to support educationalobjectives.

  4. HumanResourcesManagement:Oversee the recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, andprofessional development of administrative staff members. Ensurecompliance with labour laws and contractualagreements.

  5. FacilitiesManagement:Manage the maintenance, safety, and security of the schoolsphysical facilities, including buildings, equipment, andgrounds.

  6. StudentEnrolment andRecords:Oversee student enrolment, registration, and record-keepingprocesses. Ensure that student records are accurately maintainedand in compliance with legalrequirements.

  7. DataReporting andCompliance:Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, includinggovernment agencies and accrediting bodies. Ensure the schoolcomplies with all relevantregulations.

  8. Technologyand InformationSystems:Manage and maintain the schools information technology systems,including the use of educational software andhardware.

  9. Communicationand CommunityRelations:Establish effective communication channels within the schoolcommunity, including parents, teachers, and students. Fosterpositive relationships with local communities and relevanteducationalorganizations.

  10. EventPlanning andCoordination:Plan and oversee school events, such as parent-teacher conferences,graduation ceremonies, and other specialfunctions.

  11. EmergencyResponse andSafety:Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans,and crisis management procedures to ensure the well-being ofstudents andstaff.

  12. ProfessionalDevelopment:Stay current on best practices in school administration and seekprofessional development opportunities for self andstaff.

  13. Record-KeepingandDocumentation:Maintain accurate and organized administrative records anddocumentation, including financial records, student records, andpersonnelfiles.

  14. ProblemSolving:Address and resolve administrative issues, conflicts, and concernsthat may arise within the schoolcommunity.

  15. StrategicPlanning:Collaborate with school leadership and stakeholders to developlong-term goals, objectives, and strategic plans for theinstitution.

  16. EducationalSupport:Support the educational mission of the school by providingresources and services that help teachers and students achievetheir educationalgoals.

  17. RegulatoryCompliance:Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws andregulations governing educationalinstitutions.

  18. Parentand CommunityEngagement:Foster positive relationships with parents and the broadercommunity, seeking input and involvement in schoolactivities.

Benefits

SalaryRange-
50,000-70,000/- permonth
