Product Manager for Digital Business, who will be instrumental in shaping the learning experiences of the learners and professionals seeking to excel in the digital era.
Job Description
Curriculum Development
Lead the development of comprehensive and up-to-date curricula for digital business, Digital sales & marketing, and digital transformation courses as per the learning design
Collaborate with academic and industry experts to ensure the curriculum aligns with the latest industry practices and emerging trends
Content Creation/Curation
Create engaging and informative educational content, and ensure that all content is pedagogically sound, well-structured, and accessible to a diverse audience of learners.
Regularly update and enhance existing content based on feedback, industry changes, and new insights.
Product Management
Manage the entire lifecycle of digital education products and programs, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Conduct market research and needs assessments to identify target audiences and their learning needs.
Use learner feedback and data analytics to inform product enhancements and optimize the learning experience.
Instructor Training and Support:
Provide guidance and training to instructors and faculty members on effectively delivering digital business and transformation courses.
Support instructors in adapting their teaching methods to incorporate digital tools and interactive learning techniques
Learning Platform Management:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the digital learning platform used for delivering digital business courses.
Collaborate with instructional designers and IT teams to ensure a user-friendly and efficient learning platform.
Collaboration and Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, digital business practitioners, and thought leaders to stay current with industry trends.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure that all educational products and curricula comply with educational standards and regulations
Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and assessments to maintain high educational standards.
Requirements
Subject Matter Expert in Digital Business/Digital Transformation
Experienced in University frameworks, education ministry guidelines, private education regulatory bodies, or quick to grasp and adapt to them within a short timeframe.
Knowledge and skills in generative AI and its applications in digital business and transformation
